Simon Hewitt – Chief Executive

Simon graduated with a degree in Economics from Manchester, England. His management career spans over 25 years working in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia.  Simon initially pursued a career in Finance and Accounting working for PRC Harris Engineering and Fred Olsen Shipping based in London before moving into the Executive Search business. In 1991, Simon joined Nicholson International both in Europe as well as in Asia. As Regional Director he transferred from London to establish the firm in Australia and Asia Pacific.  As well as creating a successful network of 7 wholly owned offices across the region employing over 70 staff this role also included the negotiation and completion of a unique joint venture with the Chinese Government.  Since 2002, Simon has been working in the energy sector with High Rigg Investments and for the last 6 years he has been working specifically with the founders on the Eurogen project as CEO.

Brendan Hulley – Director

Brendan is a graduate of The Australian School of Business at UNSW and currently holds three masters degrees which relate to taxation, forensic auditing and accounting.  Brendan is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in accounting roles in primary industry, the service industry, academia and the public sectors.   He has been involved with the development of Eurogen River Platform since its inception, where he worked alongside his father in developing the concept and analysing test data.  Brendan was also instrumental in conducting the first experiments, progressing the turbine and platform development and obtaining patent protection.

Andrew Heap – Business Director

Andrew is a co-founder of Australia wide public relations firm MWPR and also acts as the advisory’s Business Director.  He is currently a Director of a number of Australian companies and boards.  He is the Chairman of the John Glover Society Art Prize – the richest annual landscape art prize in Australia.  He is also the president of the Scotch Oakburn College Foundation.  Andrew has also successfully restructured several national companies and has undertaken consultancy work on a national basis for Telstra, Colliers Jardine, AMP, and the ADF Group of companies.

Andrew Greenfield – Legal

Andrew, formally of Dawsons, Royal Courts of Justice, London is a legal and tax advisor. A UK qualified lawyer of 27 years standing. Andrew specializes in structuring and asset protection advice and is highly regarded by the European Commission and many governments within the European Union. Andrew speaks eight languages fluently including English, Russian, French, Spanish, Dutch and German.
